Vahsli (sp) was my tech. He promptly came to this appointment and promptly went to work replacing a glass stove top on a Jenn Air Range. He carefully removed the old cracked top, put in the new one and worked with stove that was not put in correctly. He even trouble shot a breaker that needed replacing. Excellent work by an excellent employee. I will save the business card and use this business again.

Andrii came on a Sunday afternoon during big storm. Repaired water hose back of fridge in a few minutes – something we would have difficulty finding.

It was Saturday morning and our washing machine was making funny noises and not draining. With 6 loads of laundry waiting to be done, I was in a bit of a panic. I called four businesses. Solo was the only one who answered and could send out a tech that day. The tech showed up on time and promptly diagnosed the problem (drain pump) – and showed me the broken part (impeller I think). He had a replacement on hand and had the washing machine up and running within the hour. The young man was very polite, friendly, and clean. I recommend them and will definitely call them again, if needed.

Andri from Solo quickly diagnosed we had a bad pump motor which was not allowing the water to drain. He removed the bad motor and showed me how it was not working correctly. He then had the part and replaced it, took about 90 mins. Was going to charge me $380, but agreed to match the price LG I was quoted for a flat fee repair of $350. Seemed reasonable. Called T 8:30am & Andri had it all fixed before 11:30am. Well done! He left me with a $50 off coupon for next repair.
