It was Saturday morning and our washing machine was making funny noises and not draining. With 6 loads of laundry waiting to be done, I was in a bit of a panic. I called four businesses. Solo was the only one who answered and could send out a tech that day. The tech showed up on time and promptly diagnosed the problem (drain pump) – and showed me the broken part (impeller I think). He had a replacement on hand and had the washing machine up and running within the hour. The young man was very polite, friendly, and clean. I recommend them and will definitely call them again, if needed.

Mad props to this company for saving our dishwasher! When it konked out, we thought we were gonna have to fork over for a new one. But the tech they sent over proved us wrong. He fixed it up quick and clean. I’ve dealt with some messy repairmen before, but this guy left the place spotless! Cherry on top? He was a total sweetheart. It means a lot when you treat us oldies with some TLC. Thanks a million!

Our technician Nooro was responsive & even came by my house to let me know the info about a part we needed when he couldn’t get me on my phone (my voice mail was full). He then came over w/ the part to repair it at 4pm, after all of his other house calls for the day on the Fri before thanksgiving so that my washing machine could be fixed before my trip. Such a relief as I had a lot of laundry to do before our trip! Thank you Solo!!!

The person who came (Adam i think was his name) did a whole diagnosis of my refrigerator to fix a non functioning water/ice dispenser. He was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the problem. He was was also able to fix a defrosting problem that I have not noticed. He was also very kind to lend me his tool while I was fixing an issue in the bathroom. Great people to hire. Everything is working well and I will be using their service on the future.
